Yes, you did read right. The Quidditch World Cup is coming to New York in November and guess who is trying to go??? Yep, that's right!! Currently trying to rally a few friends and family to head up for one day of the festivities. Really wish I could stay for the whole weekend, but I'm hoping next year they get to go to some big open country side and I can try to camp for the whole weekend!! Who's excited?

Glad you get to go to the World Cup. I played Quidditch today (Sunday 10/16) I belong to the Gold Coast Quidditch League (Orange County, CA). We play by 'old folks rules' -no running, no brooms, lots of fun. :-)
